Blended Course

Do you need to present in English? This course is excellent to learn to present effectively in English and you will also develop or refine your own presentation and improve your performance in English. You can study at any time at your own pace with the book and the materials in the virtual learning environment Moodle. The course programme can be tailored to the specific needs and requirements of the participant.

This course is ideally created for those who need to deliver a professional business presentation.

Course overview

This course is a business English course at intermediate level (B2) for business people who need to give presentations in English. It combines both theory and practice, i.e. after the necessary information about proper presentations is delivered, students work further on their own presentation. The course is split into 11 blocks, which focuses on a different areas.

Learning goals

The programme covers everything from structuring your talk to fine-tuning your delivery, from designing your visuals to mastering your body language and from telling your own stories and anecdotes to handling the question-and-answer session at the end. The course systematically develops the key language and presentation techniques you need to give an effective presentation and will also refresh your grammar and polish your pronunciation.

MATERIALs

The course is based on the student's book Dynamic Presentations by Marc Powell and the virtual learning environment Moodle. The book comes with two audio CDs containing all the audio material used on the course.

Course fee

The course fee is €590.00. Including: book feedback and support by your online teacher use of Moodle until 1 month after completion certificate of completion
